Reverend Tara Lang: Head Minister

Reverend Lang has ministered and lectured throughout the United States since her ordination. She is a highly regarded spiritual leader and counselor, who received the honor of Monsignora and Church Ecumenist for the Decade [1984-1994] from the Apostolic Succession of Antioch and the Church of the East.

 

Marc G. Cowden: President and Minister
Marc graduated from Princeton University in 1989. From 1989-1990, he worked in the domestic peace corps [VISTA volunteer], and thereafter graduated from the Santa Clara University School of Law in 1993. Marc was ordained as a minister on September 16, 2001 by the St. Thomas Christians.

Our Story:

The Spirit of the Lotus was founded by Rev. Tara Lang and Marc G. Cowden after Rev. Lang had a vision of three angelic beings which showed her a great church and School of Wisdom on a panoramic screen. These beings entrusted her to make this vision a reality. Our purpose is to teach universal law and principle to help humanity realize its potential and claim its dominion over the earth, sky, sea and all that is contained within it ...And to realize the God-Self.
